A clear account
of your inquiry.
This notice covers the inquiry form on cpx.agency and its CPX development preview.
What the form stores
Your name, email, optional organization, selected conversation and program, your brief, consent, a receipt reference and submission time are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database configured for the United States. Please provide only information you are comfortable sharing for an initial business conversation.
Why it is stored
CPX uses the inquiry to understand the request and to support follow-up about it. The form does not subscribe you to marketing, create an account, grant program access or send an automatic email.
Access and protection
The public API accepts submissions and returns a receipt. It provides no public inquiry listing or retrieval endpoint. Access to the stored records is through the authorized Cloudflare account. Submission handling uses validation, request limits and abuse controls.
Network information
To limit repeated submissions, the application derives a salted hash from the network address. It does not store the raw network address in the inquiry database. Cloudflare may process request metadata as the hosting provider.
Retention and requests
Inquiries are retained for initial business follow-up and operator review. This preview does not run an automatic deletion schedule. To request access, correction or deletion, submit a brief with the subject of your request and your receipt reference. CPX may need to verify the request before acting.
Local interactive examples
The flagship scenarios and interface lab run in your browser. Their example inputs are not sent to the inquiry API. Motion preferences are stored on your device; the logo opening uses a session flag.
